Will my order ship from China or Spain?
The product page and checkout will identify the applicable dispatch route. During the launch stage, direct dispatch from China may be used. Spain-stocked products will be identified when available.
Are import charges included?
The checkout must show the tax and import treatment that applies to the selected product and destination. If a charge is not collected at checkout, the local carrier or authority may request it before delivery.
What if tracking does not update?
International tracking can pause between export and local-carrier scans. Contact us if the promised delivery window has passed without a new event.
Can I change my address?
Contact us immediately. An address can only be changed before the order enters packing or carrier processing.
Launch shipping rates
The preview checkout uses a tracked EU flat rate and a free-shipping threshold. These values must be reconfirmed against the final carrier agreement before commercial launch.
