Products sold to EU consumers are covered by the mandatory legal guarantee that applies to goods which are faulty or do not match their description.
Legal guarantee and any commercial warranty are different.
The legal guarantee is provided by the seller and cannot be reduced by a voluntary manufacturer warranty. Under EU rules, consumers generally have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity, subject to applicable national law.
If CarpTNT adds a separate commercial warranty to a product, its duration and exclusions will be shown on that product page and in the supplied documentation.
