These terms apply to retail orders placed through the CarpTNT European storefront. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
Orders and contract formation
Products placed in the basket are not reserved. An order is an offer to purchase. The sales contract is formed when CarpTNT sends an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, depending on the checkout wording shown at purchase.
Product information and availability
We take reasonable care with descriptions, images and prices. Minor colour differences can occur between displays and physical materials. If a material error or stock problem is discovered before acceptance, we will contact you and offer correction or cancellation.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are displayed in euros. Checkout must identify delivery charges and the applicable tax or import treatment before the order is submitted. Payment is processed using the method selected at checkout.
Delivery and risk
The available method and estimate depend on the destination, product and dispatch origin. Risk passes in accordance with mandatory consumer law, normally when you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
EU consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. See the Returns & Refunds page for the request and return process.
Faulty goods
The mandatory legal guarantee applies where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract. Any separate commercial warranty is additional and cannot reduce those rights.
Liability and safe use
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers must follow product instructions, safety information, venue rules and applicable local laws.
Governing law and disputes
Spanish law applies where legally permitted, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a concern through customer support.
